All marks, also known as logos, used in accordance with the Air M Out brand, are the lawful property of Solaire Logistics, Inc. A full detailed description of these logos resides in the records of Solaire Logistics, Inc.

The phrases, and or arrangement of words, including but no limited to, Air M Out, AirMOut, AIR M OUT, AIRMOUT, air m out, and airmout are the lawful intellectual property of Solaire Logistics, Inc. To use any of the following arrangements of words in reference to toy guns, gel splatter toy guns, or paint ball guns of any sort is completely prohibited.

Use of any of the following marks, logos, and or branding without the written consent of Solaire Logistics, Inc. is completely prohibited.

To use any of the marks, and or phrases, without the written consent of Solaire Logistics, Inc carries a minimum penalty fine of $250,000.00 USD, which is to be paid by check or cashier’s check within 30 days of the date of violation to Solaire Logistics, Inc, and is further punishable by the law.
